- While we use premium delivery partners to ensure the best service, please note that delays may happen due to mountain weather conditions or other unpredictable factors. If this occurs, we’re here to keep you updated and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

- We primarily ship via our premium delivery partner, Delhivery, to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
- In some cases, if Delhivery services are unavailable for your pin code, we may use an alternative trusted courier partner to get your package to you at the earliest.
